Title 24 Notes are required on many projects.  These notes and requirements are part of the California Energy Code, for the purpose of conserving energy.

Usually, they do not impact the project since most of the requirements are industry standards. However, an energy consultant is required to produce calculations for compliance.  These notes are attached to the plans or submitted to the building department for project approval.

Set Up A Site Visit

When your ready to move forward on your project, give us a call to set up a site visit.  During the site visit we will let you know what will be involved to make your dreams a reality. 

From there, we will send you a proposal describing our fee's and the work to be completed.

Already Have Plans 

If you already have plans, send a copy to us via email, postal mail or drop them off and we can draw up a proposal based on the plans.
